Visit to Sweetcroft Care Home

As part of this year’s Comic relief theme of ‘Giving Back’ we asked the children to donate a packet of biscuits to the residents of Sweetcroft Care Home. On Thursday 20^th April, our school council had the privilege of delivery the biscuits to the residents. During the visit, the children played games, talked to the residents and even had a guided tour of the beautiful home and garden.

We will be keeping in touch with the residents as some of them have agreed to become pen pals with our children. We will also be arranging future visits which the residents are already looking forward to. The children left the home with warm hearts after the wonderful visit.
