Who are we and what do we do?

We are a group of current and previous parents / carers of children at St Andrew’s C of E Primary School. We meet a few times through the school year to plan fundraising events to raise much needed money for the school. Being part of the committee is a great way to meet new parents and to play a part in making sure the school has the funds they need to give your child the best education they can.

We have used this money to provide:

  • £100 for each class to purchase new items
  • A new sound system for the hall
  • Christmas presents for every child
  • Funds to pay for the 150th anniversary mosaic
  • Refreshments for the productions and sports day
  • Funds to enhance the 150th celebrations
  • A new maths programme
